Snorkelling allows us to get to know a whole new world of species and habitats, which in many cases are right next door.

It’s an activity for almost all ages whose aim is to learn about the sea while having fun.

COASTAL SNORKELLING

We invite anyone who has some experience in the ocean to discover the Azores Sea, a true natural aquarium. In another life we were all little fish, come snorkelling and visit your distant relatives.

SNORKELLING SCHOOL

For those looking for their first experience or simply to improve their technique with a tube in their mouth, a mask on their face, a wetsuit on, and fins on their feet. While we practice, we keep our eyes open, with attention to the colors and shapes of these inhabitants of the Atlantic Ocean.

COLLECTING MARINE LITTER WHILE SNORKELLING

ENDEMIC wants to provide you with an activity that meets your environmental and educational values (teaching your children the importance of all of us contributing to a sustainable planet or sharing a memorable activity with your friends) and that helps to clean up the marine environment in coastal areas.

During this activity, we’ll walk along the coast looking for the animals that live there. At the same time, we’ll be collecting all the marine litter we find. Gloves and mesh bags will be provided for picking up the plastics we find along the way.

Transport with pick up and drop off at your accommodation or at a point to be agreed in the city of Horta, including the ferry terminal. We can also pick you up and drop you off at Faial airport (this may change the price of the tour). For an additional fee, or on private tours, it is also possible to pick up and drop off anywhere on the island of Faial.
